Becca and Michael are our kind of people. They are fun, kind, emotional (in the best way), and go out of their way to include intentional details. We absolutely loved getting to know them over the last year and feel so fortunate we got to be a part of their Viansa Sonoma wedding.

Michael, Becca and their families flew into Sonoma earlier in the week and stayed on a beautiful private property in Sonoma. With incredible views of mountainous vineyards and a welcoming pool, this getting ready spot was a dream. Becca slipped into her dress with the help of her mom. Watching these two during this moment melted my heart. They both bit their lips as they were holding back tears. Soaking in the moment – this was what they had dreamt of together for years. She looked perfect. Becca is a lover of fabulous shoes and wore an incredible pair of Jimmy Choo’s all day long!

Becca and Michael shared a first look overlooking the mountain. It was so fun to watch these two go through so many different emotions during this moment – nerves, excitement, joy, happiness, and that calm that comes over you when you’re with “your person.”

Lavender is Becca’s favorite color – and she incorporated it beautifully and tastefully throughout the wedding day. From the florals and envelopes to the the mismatched bridesmaids dresses and linen napkins, it couldn’t have come together more perfectly.

Their ceremony at Viansa looked out over Sonoma – with the rolling hills and vineyards. Michael and Becca exchanged handwritten vows. The best part was when they both referenced the same inside jokes – everyone started to laugh.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful reception filled with hilarious toasts and tasty late night tacos. After the last year we all had, everyone was ready to gather and celebrate again and the dance floor was packed all night. It was such a good day!

Becca and Michael, thinking about the two of you puts a smile on my face. The joy that you two share is so sweet! It is clear that you both adore each other and I’m so glad you made it past that first interaction during microbiology. Congratulations to you! I hope we see you again soon – and get to share more garlic fries!
