For Megan and Matt, their love blossomed in the heart of Austin, Texas. Megan and Matt’s connection on Bumble was the first thread that wove their lives together. Both avid tennis and pickleball players, their worlds overlapped in delightful ways. Matt’s proposal in a nearly empty NYC bar, surrounded by both sets of parents, showcased his thoughtful planning and understanding of Megan’s love for the East Coast – and the importance of family. Their journey, marked by serendipity and shared interests, culminated in a magical fall Pebble Beach Beach & Tennis Club wedding in Carmel, California. Taking place in mid November, they lucked out with absolutely beautiful weather for their fall wedding weekend.

Nestled against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, the Pebble Beach Beach & Tennis Club provided an idyllic canvas for Megan and Matt’s nuptials. With remarkable views, the venue and florals adorned in fall colors—plums, olive greens, midnight blues, chartreuse, deep oranges, and reds—set the stage for an unforgettable day.

Megan, radiant in her Anne Barge gown with removable shoulder detail, added a sentimental touch by wearing a veil that incorporated lace from her mother’s wedding dress.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, Megan and Matt exchanged vows in a romantic ceremony. A cross served as a symbolic backdrop, and two friends shared biblical readings. With a dozen flower girls and ring bearers adding to the charm, the ceremony was officiated by a dear friend, making it personal and touching.

With more than a dozen toasts, the reception was a joyous affair. Guests participated in a unique toast where shoes were taken off, and feet were placed on the tables! A hilarious moment unfolded as a Taylor Swift song was rewritten for a heartwarming performance, telling Megan and Matt’s story in the best way!
