Pure joy surrounded David and Jay as they celebrated their union at Cornerstone Sonoma, a venue that perfectly encapsulated the magic of their wedding day. The couple spent their entire day together, starting from the moment they got ready. I love that they were able to help each other with their ties and laugh together as they waited to get the knot just right.

Cornerstone Sonoma, known for its stunning gardens, provided a picturesque backdrop for the ceremony. The grounded floral install was filled with buttery yellow and creamy blooms. David and Jay exchanged heartfelt vows that had everyone laughing. The excitement was palpable as these two were finally declared married!

The reception was held under a circular sailcloth tent with speeches that would be remembered for years to come. The toasts were hilarious and heartfelt, with some guests even breaking into rap. It was clear that David and Jay are deeply loved, as they were continuously stopped by guests eager to share their congratulations. It felt like a gathering of close friends rather than just an event, underscoring the couple’s ability to forge deep connections with those around them.

As the night continued, the celebration moved to the barn, which had been transformed with twinkle lights and disco balls. After a champagne tower pour, the dance floor opened with David and Jay’s epic choreographed first dance to Mariah Carey’s “Fantasy.” Their performance, complete with twirls, dips, and even lifting each other up, left everyone cheering.

One of the most touching moments of the night was when Jay twirled his mother on the dance floor in her wheelchair. Truly, it is moments like this that make me feel like I have the most special job in the world. Seeing the joy on her face is something I’ll cherish for years to come.

The evening concluded with a sweet note as guests indulged in a variety of delicious pies, a delicious alternative to the traditional wedding cake. As the stars twinkled above, David and Jay’s guests danced the night away, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

David and Jay, thank you so much for including us in your celebration! We loved getting to know you both. You truly have a way of making people around you feel so loved. Thank you for your kindness and even the little gestures of spending time with me while I worked on your detail photos. It means a lot. We wish you both the best in this next chapter of your story. I know you’re going to be amazing husbands and fathers (hopefully soon)!
