A few weeks ago, a few days before Shelter In Place came into effect, a few of us creatives in the bay area gathered together to create bridal inspiration in Marin Headlands – just for the purpose of creating. We wanted to practice flatlays and be inspired by the beauty surrounding us. It is always fun collaborating with talented vendors and meeting them for the first time! Unfortunately, we couldn’t share hugs and handshakes, but we made the most out of the situation!
Marin, in my opinion, is the prettiest area of the bay, so it was easy to find incredible backdrops. However, Mother Nature did throw us some curveballs with overcast clouds, some rain drops, and gusty wind. Sandy with Timeless Events pulled together three separate bridal looks with some stunning dresses. My favorite has to be the Alexandra Grecco gown with the ruffled sleeves. We also happened to follow a vintage Porsche into a parking lot, and the gentleman was nice enough to let us snap some photos with his beautiful car!
Looking back on that day, I cherish it in a whole new way due to recent events. After one month of not taking photos, I miss it so much. I think we’re all looking forward to the next time when we are allowed to get together and practice our craft together.
