Emilie and Cole have a love story that is straight out of a novel. When I met Emilie and had her explain it to me, I had to shake my head in disbelief. It seemed too perfect – but isn’t that the way it should be? After meeting these two for their Philippe Park engagement session and watching them interact, it was clear that they are meant to be! They have the most playful personalities and kept each other laughing. I love how naturally they interacted!

Emilie grew up in France and was looking for an internship in the US. Through a few connections, Emilie ended up in St. Pete for her internship at a marketing company. Emilie ended up living with Cole and his family that summer. The day that she first met him at the airport she knew something was different about this boy – and sure enough it was. That first week of living at his place, she told his mom that she would marry him some day. Here we are, three years later!

Cole and Emilie got engaged in France on Christmas day when they were visiting Emilie’s family. Does it get any better than that? Seriously – I told you it was a love story for the record books!

I absolutely loved the neutral colors that these two wore during their Philippe Park engagement session. Emilie’s tulle skirt was perfect paired with her white top with subtle lace details. Paired with Cole’s light blue button down, these two looked perfect!
