Vizcaya Gardens Wedding

I had an extra day in Florida this past spring, and I knew that I wanted to capture something special with that extra time. Shooting a Vizcaya Gardens wedding has always been on my bucket list, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to check that off the list while I lived in Florida – but that didn’t stop me from working with an amazing team to create an inspiration shoot there! So thankful for Bourbon and Blush for being willing to take on this crazy adventure with me! Driving 12 hours in one day was absolutely worth it for this!

Emily Baird Design created an ornate and elegant wedding invitation for this Vizcaya Gardens wedding. Deckled edges with gold leaf and a laser cut accent? I was blown away by those details!

Our bride wore a beautiful Ines Di Santo gown with “wings.” From the deep neckline, to the jeweled accents under a layer of tulle, this dress was stunning! I love that the bride’s hair was left to show off her natural curl. Laura Reynolds Artistry ensured that the bride’s makeup looked fresh and flawless! FH created a lovely bouquet, filled with creams and complimented with deeper tones. Hellebores, astrantias, ranunculus, peonies, lilac and lisianthus. What a recipe for a stunning fall bouquet!

Vizcaya Gardens is a breathtaking venue! There are so many pockets of beauty on this property – it is easy to see why it would be an incredible place for a Miami wedding. I loved exploring the property with our adorable couple! They shared so much joy!
