Lindsay Lauren Events and Sarah’s Garden Design are always coming up with fresh wedding ideas. When they invited me up to photograph their Spring tablescape inspiration at Theoni in Napa, of course I said yes! Lindsay creates contemporary romantic designs that are the perfect balance between the two. And Sheela always delivers with her florals! Her typical go to style includes one overflowing centerpiece with smaller vases on the side. Her pieces have a lush organic, garden style. However, for the second look, Sheela strayed away from her typical signature style and incorporated bud vases – and I absolutely loved it!
The first Spring tablescape, Sheela added greenery to the lighting fixture above the birch table. Chairs with a ratan backs and plush cushion seats were tucked into place. Hand painted stoneware plates were placed atop striped linen napkins. Modern glassware added a touch of simplicity and elegance. I love how they used hurricanes over the candles as well. Sheela utilized a variety of flowers and greenery with hints of blush, blues, and shades of purple.
For the second tablescape, we switched the chairs out for a more regal option. Bud vases filled with yellow, orange, and peach florals were scattered throughout the center of the table. I could not get enough of the poppies! I love the glassware that Lindsay used, including tiny personal decanter – so cute! The variety of candle colors tied in perfectly with the florals. And I adore the mauve napkin that Lindsay selected for the place-setting. This is the perfect table inspiration for spring or mother’s day!
