Becca and Chris made the long haul from Baton Rouge for their coastal California engagement session. We had big plans of exploring Point Reyes with them all day – however – mother nature had different plans for us. It was one of the windiest days I’ve experienced in California – consistently more than 30 mph winds. However, Becca and Chris were in good spirits as we drove for hours, enjoyed grilled cheese sandwiches, and soaked up the views beautiful coastline. We finally found a spot that wasn’t as windy – Muir Beach – and we took as many photos as we could before the sun set behind the horizon. The light was so beautiful and I truly can’t thank these two enough for being such good sports about the whole day!
Becca and Chris met in 2015 at a local bar where they both worked during college. After a few weeks of flirtatious banter across the bar and sending memes, they went on their first date. Chris managed to trip Becca on that first date, so it is easy to say that she “fell” for him right from the start. 🙂
After four years of dating (and adding a pup – Ranger – to their family) Chris dropped to one knee during the fireworks at Disney World. Of course, Rebecca said yes and she has the most beautiful ring to remind her of this moment!
One thing I loved about these two is that they listen to audio books constantly. They listen to the same books (separately – when they’re both on their way to work) and passed on a few recommendations to us! I love that idea so much.
Becca and Chris, thank you two for having the best attitudes! We loved our weekend with you – enjoying tasty meals and getting the opportunity to appreciate all of Chris’s puns. Can’t wait to see you both in May at Nottoway Plantation!
