Annie and Tim were the first couple to reach out about their wedding when we moved to California – so naturally I was over the moon when they told us they wanted to move forward (especially because we would also get to work with PJ from Going Lovely)! Uprooting a business and transplanting it all the way across the country is daunting – but couples like Annie and Tim make it worth it! I was so excited that we had the opportunity to photograph their engagement session in the Marin Headlands and at Sutro Baths – two perfectly quintessential locations for San Francisco engagement photos! The icing on the cake was the weather that showed off for us!

Tim and Annie met more than four years ago. They both worked for the same company but it took awhile for their paths to cross as they worked in different offices. Now, they both have new careers. Annie is a consultant and often is traveling for work while Tim is an entrepreneur – creating a virtual reality type experience for computer games. It was so interesting to hear his story about leaving his corporate job to try something new! I love hearing stories like that.

Annie and Tim were so fun to photograph during their engagement session. I love the way Annie’s royal blue dress popped off the California landscape. They were so comfortable with each other – it was easy to see how these two fell in love. At the end of the session, we got to experience the most beautiful glowy light that California is known for.

Tim and Anne, thank you so much for including us in this exciting time of your life! We loved getting to meet you both and hang out for a few hours in this beautiful landscape. I know your schedules are crazy, so we really appreciate you taking some time out for us. We’re so excited for your wedding at Silverado Resort this spring!
