Jo and Daniel decided to have a San Francisco City Hall elopement this summer after the building reopened after being closed due to the pandemic. They love the architecture in the building and thought it would be the perfect place to get married! These two met at Yale while they were both doing graduate work. Upon their graduation, they moved to San Francisco and got engaged this past December.

While their family wasn’t able to make it to the wedding, they did invite a few friends (some that even flew in from the east coast) to celebrate with them. After their SF City Hall elopement, they all went and enjoyed Korean Barbecue.

Jo wore a short dress with a feathered skirt and a beaded bodice. Her elbow length veil completed the look. She wore a beautiful pair of jeweled sling-backs heels. Her hair was pulled back in a low bun. Daniel wore a navy blue pinstriped suit and bowtie.

Jo and Daniel were filled with so much joy throughout the day. Even behind their masks, you could see how big they were smiling. The judge was kind enough to let them remove their masks for the ceremony. The exchanged vows, rings, and were married! The rings that they selected are matching – both with the same pattern.

Daniel and Jo, it was so fun meeting you both and being there to witness you get married. I am so grateful for your kindness and your wonderful hugs! I wish you both the best in your marriage!
