Some days, I read emails from people that I just know are amazing people. Their souls are sincere and their hearts are full. When I received Janelle’s email – I knew she was a wonderful person. After speaking with her on the phone, I was so excited to meet her and her fiance, Robert!

Janelle and Robert met at church, after living only two miles away from each other for 15 years of their life. Sounds like they were put in the right place at the right time for a reason. They met at a youth group and instantly hit it off. They had similarities that instantly sparked conversation. Needless to say, the conversation continued for awhile…and these two are still talking. 🙂

A year and a half later, Robert and Janelle went for a morning adventure. Robert took her to Weedon Island and packed a thermos of coffee (coffee is their thing – count me in too!). They sat at the top of the observation tower in the perfectly crisp 65 degree breeze. They talked for awhile – chatting about their future as well as what had brought them this far. At the end of the conversation he prompted Janelle to look at the bottom of her white porcelain coffee mug. She excitedly drank her coffee as fast as she could – but was puzzled when there was nothing at the bottom. Robert pointed to the “other” bottom. Janelle flipped the mug over and saw that wonderful question that takes you from “a girlfriend” to “someone’s whole life.”

Janelle and Robert are meant to be together. You can tell that they have this sense of adventure – and want to experience every bit of life with the other one by their side.

Robert and Janelle, thank you so much for including us in your adventure! You two are so sweet, so genuine, and so in love. I loved watching you two dance during your engagement session, and I am so looking forward to watching you dance together on your wedding day. Hugs!
