Ali and Andrew’s Holman Ranch wedding meant so much to us. To start, these two are the best. So much joy! I love the way these two interact together. They have incredible energy and are so welcoming. They make the best out of every moment and aren’t afraid to be themselves. They are also so generous and thoughtful. Ali went out of her way to make us feel so special throughout the time we worked together – and that meant the world to me. To have the opportunity to document this incredible day for them was a dream come true!

Holman Ranch is a charming property in the heart of Carmel Valley. After the couple graduated from college, they went on a road trip and stopped in Carmel. They knew they wanted to get married in the area some day – and after some research they found Holman Ranch. The textures, colors, views – it is a remarkable venue!

Ali and Andrew’s wedding style was fresh and vibrant. They put so much trust into their vendors – providing some inspiration – and then letting them take it from there. The result was inspiring and colorful! Modern, playful wedding invitations. A dainty yet dynamic bouquet. Popcorn for guests as they entered the venue – a nod to Ali and Andrew’s careers in LA. A ceremony space where flowers appeared to be growing down the aisle. Ikebana style flower arrangements at the reception. Every element was memorable and unique.

Ali and Andrew saw each other for the first time before the ceremony. Thinking about that moment and the joy on their faces puts a smile on mine! They have the best time just being together. I wish I could photograph them every weekend!

Ali’s bridesmaids carried petite bouquets and wore velvet mismatched Jenny Yoo gowns in the perfect fall tones.

The dance floor was packed throughout the night. What I loved most was some very untraditional wedding songs being played – Blink 182 and some Olivia Rodrigo heartbreakers – the energy and head pounding was unlike anything I had seen at a wedding before! It was so fun to be a part of it!
