Matt and Noelle’s Club at Ruby Hill wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful. The weather was perfect – the wisteria was blooming in the ceremony location – their family and friends were there to celebrate them – and the light towards sunset was stunning! I love that Noelle and Matt opted not to have a wedding party. Instead, they wanted all of the guests to feel like part of their wedding party.
Noelle and Matt got ready at the clubhouse at Ruby Hill. Noelle’s mother helped her into her dress. Her dress had a lace illusion back with buttons. Her hair was pinned in a loose low bun. Noelle’s bouquet was filled with blush and cream tones – peonies, ranunculus, and garden roses.
After taking some portraits together around the club house, Noelle and Matt changed into traditional Chinese attire for their tea ceremony. I love all of the jade jewelry that Noelle wore! During the tea ceremony, Matt and Noelle served tea to all of the members of their families. The family members would offer words of wisdom and encouragement as they start this next chapter of their lives together.
After another outfit change, Noelle and Matt were ready for their traditional ceremony in the back of The Club at Ruby Hill. The aisle was lined with eucalyptus and rose petals. At the altar, there were to garden-style arrangements. The lighting could not have been more beautiful for their ceremony. Noelle’s brother officiated the ceremony. I love that Matt and Noelle exchanged personal vows – that’s always my favorite.
The reception was held in the ballroom at Ruby Hill. Matt wanted to incorporate his love of sports – so every table was named after a team in the NFL! The toasts were one of my favorite parts of the night. Everyone made note that Noelle cares so much for her family – and that Matt is always there to make his friends laugh. There was so much entertainment for the guests throughout the day! Everyone loved the digital caricatures and the ice cream cart. Plus, the couple played a newly wed game – which got everyone laughing!
Noelle and Matt, it was such a treat meeting your family and friends at your wedding. It is clear that you two are so loved. Thank you for welcoming us into your wedding with open arms! It was a joy to be there and document such a special occasion. We wish you the best as you celebrate this next step in your relationship! Congratulations!
