Walking into Marisa’s hotel room, I instantly knew it was going to be a great day! There was so much positive energy bouncing around the space – girls laughing, people cracking jokes, La Croix was enjoyed (amen – I totally had one myself…). We snapped away while Marisa received final makeup touches. She looked gorgeous! I made my way into the bedroom and I saw her wedding gown for the first time – it was straight out of a fairy tale! Layers of tulle and a sweetheart neckline – I was so excited to see her walk down that aisle at Ruby Hill in this beauty!

The Club at Ruby Hill was a beautiful wedding venue! I can absolutely see why Marisa and Sean decided to get married here! The space was perfectly manicured and every detail was immaculate! The buildings were grand, and inside the space was well lit and elegant. It was truly a charming place to get married.

Marisa & Sean had the sweetest first look. She approached him from behind and gave him a hug. I loved watching his eyes light up when he finally saw her! They soaked in the moment and rejoiced – this was their day!

The ceremony took place behind Ruby Hill’s main building on the terrace. Greenery draped over the columns and trellises. The aisle was lined with petals and there were two lush flower arrangements where the ceremony would take place. During the ceremony, Marisa and Sean performed a sand ceremony, truly uniting themselves as one. When they were pronounced husband and wife, they both had the biggest smiles on their faces! It was probably my favorite moment of the day!

Sean and Marisa were kind enough to let us take more portraits of them when the sun peaked out after the ceremony! The trees on that venue were a dream – what everyone thinks of when they imagine a California wedding! I was in my happy place!

This Club at Ruby Hill wedding reception was filled with delicious food and non-stop dancing! Uncle Sam even came for a visit as all of the guests sang patriotic songs!

At the end of the evening, Marisa and Sean exited through a tunnel of bubbles, heading off to their honeymoon. Before they made it too far in their getaway car, they turned the vehicle around and got out to give us one final hug. My heart melted – we have the best couples!!

Sean and Marisa – we absolutely loved being part of your day and felt so loved! You two were champs and I can’t thank you enough for allowing us to take a few more photos of you both before your reception. Your friends and family were so wonderful and welcoming, we really appreciate the hospitality! I hope our paths cross again soon, and congratulations!
