I was so excited when Morgan from Prim Event Studio asked me to collaborate on some holiday inspiration! Morgan is so talented and is always combining different textures to create a unique look. For this shoot, she created a Thanksgiving tablescape with warm neutrals and I love how it all came together. Can you believe we shot this right in her home? She has the most beautiful light all day long.
The Thanksgiving tablescape was set with a neutral linen and gold velvet napkins. At each place setting, two brown stone plates were layered with modern menus from Bourne Paper Co. Crystal glasses brought a touch of vintage elegance that complimented the more modern touches on the table. Each guest sat in a brown bentwood chair and was offered spiced apple cider in sleek minimalistic mugs.
The versatile centerpiece by Amanda Vidmar added depth and texture to the Thanksgiving tablescape. I love the way she added husks to increase the height and depth of the piece. She also designed the wreaths that hung asymmetrically on the wall behind the table.
On top of designing and styling the table, Morgan also cooked all of the delicious food! She is so talented! Everything was vegan, and delicious! My favorite treat was the apple crisp – and the spiced apple cider.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
