I’m honestly not sure where to start with this one, so I will try to start from the beginning.

In September, Wedding Paper Divas reached out to me. They wanted to join forces for a styled shoot. Umm, is this real life? When I got that email, I thought it was spam. Wedding Paper Divas? Styled shoot? After googling the woman who sent me the email, I discovered that she did actually exist and that this was a legitimate offer! An enthusiastic phone call took place and the planning began.

I reached out to one of my favorite ladies in the industry – Cassandra from Ever After Vintage Weddings. We discussed some ideas, and due to the time frame, we decided to keep it a little smaller than a typical endeavor, but don’t worry – it was just as beautiful!

Cassandra had always dreamed of a soft pink and pale blue wedding. As soon as I gave her free reigns of the design, she pulled together a mood board, effortlessly. About three weeks later, Pantone released their colors of the year, which seemed to compliment our shoot perfectly. Talk about some stunning Serenity and Rose Quartz wedding inspiration!

We picked out a beautiful floral invitation suite from Wedding Paper Divas – complete with silver foiling and pearl shimmer in the paper. Add in some beautiful liners and a complementing RSVP card and we had a gorgeous set of stationary. Amanda Kammaranda Hand Lettering provided her gorgeous design skills to calligraphy the addresses on the envelopes. It was her first time doing a wedding invitation and I think she crushed it!

The bride, Jessica wore a pale blue gown by Catherine Deane. I loved the stitched floral patterns and the buttons on the side. Complimented by her Nicole Miller earrings teardrop earrings, she looked stunning. Indira from Lillian Rose Beauty did Jessica’s hair and makeup. Jessica had an elegant bridal look with her soft makeup and glamorous waves (umm, can I have that hair?). Chris, her groom wore a light gray suit from Banana Republic. I love how he rocked a lighter suit than the typical groom! Also, a huge fan of his pink ranunculus boutineer. 🙂

Still Floral created the lush, organic, and timeless florals for the event. From the overflowing ceremony doors, to the ribbon tied bouquet – everything was perfect. The garden roses, the hellebores, and all of the greenery went together so flawlessly. The soft florals looked like a dream when captured on film.

The intimate ceremony took place in the woods under the wooden doors that were custom made by Cassandra and her husband. These doors were gorgeous – and made of solid wood. Pure beauties.

From there, our couple, Chris and Jessica, made their way over to their dinner location. The table was set with vintage china with gold accents. The table was covered with a sequin pink table cloth and a gorgeous garland. Brass candlesticks framed them, as they cheered to their future while seated on the blue sattee.

Finally, we had the mini cake station. Sweet Tooth Cakery whipped up some adorable smaller cakes for the intimate elopement. Each was a little different and adorned with some loose flowers.

Thank you, thank you to everyone involved in making this day come together! I also appreciate everyone that helped set up and tear down (in the rain) – that was quite an adventure as well. Hugs!
