This downtown Charleston engagement session was absolutely a highlight of my 12 day road trip! Although things hadn’t originally gone as planned, the vendors from the Michael & Carina Workshop worked together to find an amazing solution for all of us. Emily, the hair and makeup artist, stepped up to model this incredible BHLDN dress by Needle & Thread. Isn’t it incredible?
The champagne dress is both whimsical and elegant. With its airy tulle skirt and illusion neckline, it couldn’t be more perfect. The delicate beading and intricate details make it truly remarkable. Up against the river in Charleston and the soft sunrise, it was a sight I’ll remember for years to come.
Our groom wore white pants and a casual linen top, complimenting the neutral tones in Emily’s dress.
As we walked around The Battery in downtown Charleston, I was blown away by the history in this town. Every building had a story to tell. Rich with color and textures, this backdrop provided the perfect setting for our couple’s Charleston engagement session.
