In December 2021, Michael proposed on his birthday – knowing he would be able to plan the day however he wanted without any questions or hesitations from Jackie. After a specialty omakase meal, Jackie and Michael walked through Central Park, stopping to grab a drink at the Boathouse. Despite not finishing his whole drink, Michael suggested they continue their walk. They stopped along the stunning bow bridge, where Michael got on one knee and popped the question. It only seemed fitting to return to the heart of New York City for their Central Park engagement session – this time with their sweet pup, Uni. 

Jackie and Michael met at law school in Dallas. While initially they were just good friends, they soon realized there was something a little more to their relationship. After graduation, Michael was headed to New York. He and Jackie had a deep conversation about the future of their relationship, and she decided to pursue a career in NYC as well. Two months after moving, Michael proposed.

These two tied the knot this past September outside of Sacramento at the beautiful Bear Flag Farm. It was so fun to see them both again and meet their families who were so kind and thoughtful. The energy these two have is contagious – everyone is lucky to call them a friend!
