If I had to sum up Brandi and Evan’s wedding in one word, it would be “perfect.”
When Brandi and Evan’s wedding day rolled around, so did the perfect fall weather. Let’s talk about perfect. Brandi and Evan got ready at Saddlebroook resort in Wesley Chapel. To start off the day, they exchanged gifts and cards. Evan opened his new watch. Brandi opened a small box filled with a beautiful ruby ring – her birthstone. It turns out, the ring was her original engagement ring, but Evan had taken out the diamond and had it reset for a new engagement ring. He then purchased a ruby and had it reset in her initial engagement ring setting. Such a gorgeous piece.
Brandi put her gown on with the help of her mother and maid of honor. They laced up the corset back and helped Brandi into her fabulous, sparkly Betsey Johnson shoes.
Evan and Brandi’s first look was the sweetest! They met at Barrington Hill under beautiful oak trees, filled with Spanish moss. Evan gave Brandi the biggest hug. They were so excited for their day to finally be here!
Their wedding ceremony was held under a large oak tree at the front of the property. Fresh lemonade was set up to keep guests refreshed. Wine barrels with floral pieces sat at the end of the row. Brandi and Evan were married under a wooden arbor dripping in burgundy and pink florals. They had two readings – one of them being one of my favorites – “Falling in Love is like Owning a Dog“. Just adorable!
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to the main plantation at Barrington Hill. Brandi and Evan shared their first dance just as the sun set – the golden light poured around them.
The rest of the evening flew by in a blur. All of the guests enjoyed delicious barbecue and a cookie jar favor station. The cake was absolutely wonderful! Emotional toasts were shared and the dance floor was hit hard. From there, Brandi was serenaded by Evan’s fraternity brothers. Some crazy dancing broke out to “Magic Carpet” and Brandi’s sorority sisters had a short candlelight ceremony.
Their sendoff was absolutely epic. It started out with a sparkler exit down the Barrington Hill staircase and then fireworks were shot off above the plantation. It was absolutely amazing!
Brandi and Evan, thank you so much for letting us celebrate your wedding with you! It was truly a beautiful day. Every detail was perfect and you made your days truly about you and your love, which I absolutely admire. I’m so happy for you both!
