Amy & Tyler make my heart happy. I know I’ve said it before, but it is so true that I have to say it again. They have good souls. When you meet them, you feel like you’ve known them for years. I was so thrilled that I was able to be part of their wedding day!

The morning before Thanksgiving, the air was cool and the sun was shining. I pulled up to the Belleair Beach apartments and was greeted by the bride. Amy’s sister helped her with her hair and makeup, while Amy’s mom helped Amy into her gown. Amy wore a light and breezy wedding down with lace detailing on the shoulders. I loved the open back!

Amy and Tyler met on the beach for their first look. This day was all about them – no one else. They were so excited to see each other and just hold each other before saying their vows. We spent some time walking through the thick sand and watching the sun rise over the gulf.

At 10:00, they were surrounded by family and friends when it came time for their ceremony to begin. A close friend of Amy’s officiated the ceremony, while family members stood up and offered words of advice and readings. Amy’s parents explained that you need to focus on the important things, and pay attention to the elements of life that bring you happiness. They also read a letter from Amy’s grandmother. Tyler’s mom read some beautiful words that Tyler continued.

Amy and Tyler’s vows to one another were the most beautiful that I’ve heard. They are both so incredibly selfless and inspired by the other – it is the most beautiful love story.

Once the ceremony was complete, the morning continued with some killer waffles complete with strawberries, nutella, and whipped cream. And yes, I enjoyed some as well (nom!). It was such a fabulous morning and the perfect reminder of how thankful I am to be able to play a part in these special days.

Tyler and Amy, thank you so much for everything. You two have shown me a different side of love and marriage. I am in awe of what you two have accomplished together. I am so thrilled that you are officially married and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you both. Hugs!
