We have had the honor of working with some remarkably kind couples this year – and Daisy and Jixiong are leading that pack! Every one of Daisy’s emails is filled with excitement and gratitude. After messaging them for more than three months, we finally had the opportunity to meet in person during their Half Moon Bay engagement session! After meeting them, I couldn’t believe how lucky we were to be working with these two. They were so gracious and sweet! And they couldn’t be more perfect together. They fell into their poses with such little direction! To say that we’re excited for their Thornewood Castle wedding this summer in Seattle would be an understatement!

Daisy and Jixiong met at college at University of Southern California. They both ended up working in San Francisco after graduation, although they recently made the move to Seattle. One of their first dates was down in Half Moon Bay, so we were thrilled to head back to the area to document their engagement session! The cliffs over the water are breathtaking. It is proof that California is a magical state. Daisy wore a tulle skirt with a white crop top. Jixiong looked handsome in his navy suit. The weather was chilly and the wind was powerful, but they managed to keep each other warm. Before heading back into the city to grab dinner, we made a quick pitstop to capture the sunset over a beautiful lake.

Jixiong and Daisy, we adore you both! You two have an incredible ability to make people smile. You instantly allow people to feel welcomed and loved – that is an incredible trait. We are so excited to celebrate with you in Seattle in July!
