Fall Wedding Inspiration with Black and White Wedding Gown

December 12, 2018

I loved the final look for the Vivify Workshop, hosted by Mariee Weddings at The Ranch at Birch Creek! When I saw the bride walk out with a black and white wedding gown I had to do a double take. She looked incredible!

The bride’s naturally curly hair was pulled up into a high bun – which I adored. In her hands she carried a loose, organic bouquet created by Sarah’s Floral Design. It was created with an array of flowers – such as peonies, anemones, roses, eucalyptus and even feathers! I love the way that each element of the bouquet is unique yet comes together to create a cohesive look.

The invitations for this fall wedding inspiration had elements of leather, which was also tied in with the reception table. The reception was held in the barn and had a very moody tone to it. Maroon napkins with leather name cards sat atop the matte black plates.  The velvet black linen was elegant and refined. Bringing a little bit of glam into the setting, crystal goblets sat at each place setting.

I love the portraits that we were able to capture of these two. This couple truly could not have been more adorable! It was an absolute joy having them in front of my lens!

A huge thank you to all of the vendors who put together this fall wedding inspiration in Livermore! Venue: The Ranch at Birch Creek // Design & host: Mariee Weddings // Photography host: Cassie Valente Photography // Rentals: Pleasanton Rentals // Blooms: Sarah’s Garden Design // Catering: Charming Fig Catering // Hair and Makeup: Fiona from Urban Beauty Loft // Gown: Lace & Liberty // Dessert: Ma Petite Maison Cake Design // Paper & Creative: Pluma and Pine & Paper Tie Affair // Ribbon: Party Crush Studios //
