Danielle and Derek’s wedding was one that I had been looking forward to for a long while. Thomas and I loved getting to know them in Denver during their engagement session last summer and Lange Farm is one of my favorite venues in the Tampa area – those trees!
Danielle was a beautiful bride! Her bridesmaids had the best time getting ready. The laughter was plentiful as they all wore matching robes and snuggled on the bed, watching their bride get her hair and makeup completed. I am so in love with her intricate bridal updo, complete with the perfect braid and jeweled hairpiece. We were all blown away by her gown. The lace detailing was stunning – and paired with her lush, pastel bouquet it was the perfect look.
Derek and Danielle shared a first look, which allowed us to take most of their photos before the ceremony. These two were so excited to finally see each other – and Derek was blown away by his beautiful bride!
Their ceremony was held under the large oak tree on the south lawn. Danielle made a grand entrance on a vintage Rolls Royce. As her father walked her down the aisle, Derek tried to keep his tears back. Their ceremony was perfect – complete with a reading from Derek’s sister and a sand ceremony. The couple exchanged their vows before a large cross adorned with a gorgeous arrangement.
Family and friends gathered in the Garden House for the reception. Derek and Danielle shared their first dance under the intricate chandelier. Everyone enjoyed a traditional southern meal for dinner. During the reception guests danced, played corn hole, and put on fun accessories in the photobooth for the guest book. The new husband and wife exited down the front stairs through a sea of bubbles and stole off in their getaway car. It was a perfect day!
Derek and Danielle – congratulations to you both! I’m so excited for you both and this next step in your relationship. Thank you for being so wonderful to work with. Thomas and I feel so grateful that we were able to document your wedding day! Hugs!
