Couples like Carynn & Chris make my heart happy! Happy. Light hearted. Total rockstars.

Their story is a bit of a whirlwind, but it is one of those stories that you can’t even question – because they are simply meant to be. Fitting together instantly, it was clear they had finally met their other half. They enjoy the same activities and have the same goals in life – it simply works. They are adventurers, gardeners, and record listeners! (Umm – I told you they were awesome).

These two will be welcoming a baby into the world this August. And untraditionally (for this day in age), they are going to wait until the birth to find out the gender (which I absolutely love).

We met up last month at Dickson Azalea Park to document this beautiful stage in their life. Carynn & Chris brought along their pups – Posey and Brisco – because, hey, dogs are part of the family! Our session was short, sweet, and filled with love (and puppy kisses). I mean, the four (five?) of them are the cutest!!

Carynn & Chris – I’m so excited for you both! You have so many exciting adventures ahead of you – and I know you are going to be amazingly wonderful parents! Congratulations!
