When we were in Charlotte last month we were able to connect with some new friends thanks to my friend Christine. She introduced us to Brian and Tate Elizabeth – who recently got engaged! We are so excited we had the chance to do an engagement session at Jetton Park for them!

Brian and Tate Elizabeth got to know each other through a volleyball team. Sure enough, after a handful of matches, they felt something more. Fast forward and poor Brian tore his ACL (after tearing his other one a few years back). In March, these two love birds were strolling through a park in Charlotte. Brian got down on one knee – just a few weeks after surgery. Tate Elizabeth thought he was falling and went down to catch up, but suddenly she realized he was on one knee for a reason!

These two are so adorable together and I’m so thankful we had the chance to get to know them – even if only for a few hours! We loved doing their engagement session at Jetton Park, just outside of Charlotte. The trees were absolutely stunning there, and there was even a pretty lake. I love the dress that Tate Elizabeth wore! Bring on the color!

Tate Elizabeth and Brian – congratulations you two! The next year or so will be a whirlwind of wedding planning – but I promise it will be worth it! Thank you for letting us document your love!
